Aight so i started doing the whole planking thing and people around have been doing it as well. BUT now there's something new... It's called OWLING... now let me just say it looks like you're taking a poop wherever you're doing it and i feel like you def can fall over. Since i for some reason am going through a mid-life crisis i might actually try this. However when i do you must realize it will be the BESTEST thing EVER... Anyways, i wanted to put up a pic of planking vs. owling and also a little video of the plank dance. ENJOY :)
Planking apparently started by Tom Green and look its just going crazy... Be careful when you try all these planking ideas. Make sure you're stable and you have good balance.
So I've heard about this whole "planking" thing and i thought that it was fucken ridic... I saw a youtube thing on it and found out it was a new craze that started in Australia. Who would've fucken thought. Anyways, I thought why not try this whole planking thing and see where it takes me well... Here are some planking pics i took and I will be takin more.... :)
