So i've known about this little shop for a while. I was watching The Food Network one day and they started talking about deep fried twinkies. How can you not  love eating this snack that can last a nuclear explosion. BUT now its FRIED. and everything fried is 10xs better. YESH!! For about 3 or 4 years I never got a chance to go but got teased by my sister who said she would take me there. Then FINALLY one lovely night my girl Mishy and i went out and decided to take a trip to the Chip Shop. We went to the one in Park Slope, which closes at 9pm. So if you want to go to that one get there early. I ordered the Meat Mac & Cheese and DAYUM!! DERICIOUS!! But you can't go to the Chip Shop and NOT try a fucken fried something. They have a bunch of chocolate bars and of course the infamous fried twinkie. OH MY GODDDD!! it was everything that i've always dreamed it would be. i almost had an orgasm. Now I've also tried the Atlantic Ave shop and that one is open for way longer and it also serves some delicious beers. When I went that time with my girl I ate the deep fried Reese Peanut Butter Cup and YUP it was FUCKEN AMAZING and i have to say WAY better than the fried twinkie. My girl had the deep fried Snickers bar and fuck... I just loved it. Fried chocolate is AMAZING.

Bon Chon Chicken

 
Yes, i have an unhealthy obsession with Bon Chon Chicken. Its probably on my number places to eat right now. Not only does it have BANGIN chicken (personally i love the soy garlic flavor) it also has this amazing Yogurt Soju and watermelon Soju as well. If you don't know what Soju is it's the Korean Sake. It taste amazing and all i have to say is if you haven't had Korean Fried chicken you're fucken missin out. They have a bunch of different locations around NYC i suggest you go one day with some people eat some chicken and drink some Soju.

KyoChon Wing Eating Contest!!

I thought when i was first working this event it would be a delicious event. Then I forgot how gross it actually was. There are  just a bunch of people stuffing their faces as quickly as possible and hoping that they don't choke or vomit on themselves. I LOVE FRIED CHICKEN this made me sick. The SICKER part is that I still want to eat some chicken and I'm mad that I didn't get any FREE chicken. BOOO!!! But I thought that this was a great thing to watch a bunch of people eating and stuffing their faces. Makes you think what is wrong with people. Why would you do that to yourself????

I absolutely LOVE fried Chicken and this place hits the spot like no where else in manhattan. Its cheap and its got garlic mashed potatoes and garlic mac and cheese and the serving portions are so big...If you want some comfort food you gotta go here!!
